PITTSBURGH – Airscape announced last month its expansion from its Miami headquarters to a new operational base in Pittsburgh, which launched in May 2025. The move introduces Airscape’s state-of-the-art drone technology for commercial property and high-rise cleaning to the Western Pennsylvania region.
Founded in Miami in 2024 by Mt. Lebanon graduate Paul Mantoura, Airscape has developed an innovative approach to exterior building maintenance. The company utilizes advanced drones operated by FAA-certified pilots to perform pressure washing and soft washing services. This method significantly reduces the risks associated with traditional scaffolding and manual labor on high-rise buildings.
